It must be true, sourashtrians migrated from Vijaya nagar near present Hampi. Enroute, many sourashtrians might have settled in present day Andhra pradesh. They too speak Sourashtra language; but as a person from Madurai I could understand only 25% of what they speak. Andhra settled Sourashtra people mix a lot of telegu words, like we mix many tamil words like ‘kili parakkaras’ [instead of ramo hudaras] Andhra settled Sourashtra people use “mee biri biri jaasnu” meaning I went fast [mee bisso jiyeyo] to quote more telegu words: ADDAM = mirror; MUGGU =[Kolam in tamil]; Kothi=monkey; jenjam=cross belt;
